I am certified in numerous assessment tools and I take time to help you choose the right tool that will provide the most insightful information for your personal goals. All assessments include a debrief session. Tools can be used individually for team building.

I will work with clients to develop targeted sessions and facilitate those sessions with intact work groups or teams. These sessions will typically be done to help drive change, reinforce a new culture or paradigm, build mutual awareness, help resolve conflict, and/or build team cohesion.
