My coaching philosophy is based on the belief that every individual has the power to achieve their goals and create the life they desire. I work with clients to identify their strengths and values, and help them create a plan of action to achieve their desired outcomes.
I work with clients at all levels of leadership, from Aspiring leaders to Executives, who are committed to personal growth and achieving their goals. Some of my clients are seeking to develop self awareness and inter personal skills, some wish to develop visions, execute strategy, and foster a positive environment, while others are looking to improve their relationships or find greater engagement and fulfillment.
I have extensive experience developing leadership skills, based first on my own journey starting in the Army then moving to the corporate world. My knowledge is supplemented by nearly a decade of focused training from industry leaders such as Franklin Covey, Arbinger, Ken Blanchard, John Maxwell, Crucial Learning, among others. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying values, beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
The cost of your coaching engagement will depend on the clients experience, level in the organization, complexity of their goals and duration of the engagements. Generally, coaching engagements will last from 3 to 6 months, may be longer in some cases. Clients will meet with their coach on a recurring basis. Normally clients and coaches agree to space out their session giving clients time to work on small objectives in between sessions, working towards a growth plan they develop cooperatively with their coach.
Start with a free 30 minute consultation. During this session the coach and client have an opportunity to ask each other questions to build a rapport and to determine if this relationship is a good match. Trust and comfort are critical to successful coaching engagements. If it feels like a good fit the coach will ask the client to complete a preliminary questionnaire that will provide key insights on how best to help the client achieve their identified goals. Fromm there the coach and client will enter a formal agreement that identifies frequency and duration of the engagement, and the price will be set .
