About Justin
Strategic Insight Rooted in Operational Reality
With over 20 years of Corporate, Military and Academic experience in Organizational and Leadership Development.
My career spans the shop floor as an engineering technician, the NCO ranks in the military, operational management, and strategic executive partnerships. I’ve navigated the challenges at every one of those levels. I’ve learned hard lessons, and I know there is always more to learn.
I have a proven ability to align organizational goals with talent development programs in complex, matrixed, and high-stakes environments.
My Approach
My approach is built on intellectual honesty, forthright communication, and the belief that leadership is a systemic function. I partner with growth focused organizations to move metrics—by aligning systems and leadership architecture.
I don't just provide training; I help leaders and teams identify the friction keeping them from executing on what they already know. Based in the Detroit Metro area, I serve clients who value growth, legacy, and purpose-driven work.
I've facilitated courses from FranklinCovey, Blanchard, Arbinger, Crucial Learning, and John Maxwell for over a decade. Those systems are part of how I think about leadership, so I'm not tied to a single method. I draw on the right one for your team and the work in front of them.
