Bring Justin Mitchell to Your Stage

Justin Mitchell delivers keynotes and workshops that give leadership teams the language and framework to finally close the gap between bold strategy and real execution. His programs are grounded in 20+ years of documented outcomes — not theory — and built for audiences who are tired of inspiration without application.

What to Expect in the Room

Facilitated. Practical. Occasionally Uncomfortable.

Justin's sessions are facilitated, not delivered. He uses observational humor and self-deprecation to surface what the room is already thinking but hasn't said out loud — the friction, the workarounds, the quiet consensus that something isn't working. Twenty years inside federal bureaucracy and military hierarchy — with all the embedded personalities, rigid structures, and quietly-retired-at-the-desk types that come with both — gives him room-reading credibility that can't be manufactured. He draws on Covey, Blanchard, Maxwell, Outward Mindset, SLII, and the Drama Triangle not as curriculum to recite, but as diagnostic lenses. His work with DiSC and Emergenetics means he can name what behavioral science says about why people do what they do. People are funny. They are also rarely the problem. Systems need adjustment. Humans need to be understood, developed, and then unleashed. | Formats: Keynote (45–90 min) · Half-Day Workshop · Full-Day Workshop · Lunch & Learn · Virtual | Topics: Leadership Effectiveness · Communication & Influence · Organizational Culture · Employee Engagement · Team Dynamics & Accountability · Behavioral Intelligence (DiSC / Emergenetics) · Change Navigation · Strategic Execution
